Tina has wide experience in all aspects of Town and Country Planning, including major inquiries, matters relating to the countryside, rights of way, commons, easements, highways, and restrictive covenants.

A major part of her practice over the past 10 years has been dealing with wind farms, minerals inquiries (coal, hard rock and aggregates), and housing development. She is particularly knowledgeable and expert on matters concerning impact on cultural heritage, landscape, noise, residential amenity, ecology and ornithology.

She is particularly good at helping local authority staff and members of the public focus their arguments to achieve a successful outcome.
